Jessica Sharon was born in Buenos Aires in 1981, in the neighborhood of Villa Martelli.

Her ancestry is diverse: on his mother's side, she is of Syrian-Lebanese and Jewish origin, while on her father's side, she is of Italian and Catholic descent. Educated in a secular environment and without religion, she enjoyed many freedoms of decision from her parents.

She completed primary and secondary school in Buenos Aires and from an early age, was involved in activities related to human rights. At age 17, Jessica contributed to the Steven Spielberg Foundation and the Anne Frank Foundation and took part in the creation of the first Holocaust Museum in Buenos Aires in 1999. In addition, she worked as a volunteer in poor communities teaching reading and writing to children among other activities.

At the University of Buenos Aires, Jessica initially studied medicine but then turned to philosophy and political science which she had not completed. Subsequently, moved to Israel in 2002 due to the economic crisis in Argentina. In Israel, Jessica studied at the Fine Arts Department of the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem, where she completed her BFA degree. As a multidisciplinary artist, she devoted herself to painting,  performance, and sculpture.

During her years in Israel, Jessica has dedicated herself to artistic creation.

in 2009 she co-founded along with her husband a fashion handmade jewelry brand "Punchaos" and for 7 years managed a retail, wholesale, and E-commerce business.  In 2015 Jessica founded an art workshop studio: "Your Art Your Way" in Beit Oved which she has been managing till today, training painting and drawing students from young age to elderly.

Jessica is devoted to human rights activism mainly in the Bedouin village of "Al-Araquib" as well as pro-democracy protests. She is also writing and speaking about human rights, art, and cultural and political changes.

Jessica has explored stand-up comedy, having studied acting at the "Tali Sharon workshops" acting school and delved deeper into this art over the last two years.

At Bezalel Academy, she met Yuval, her life partner for the past 16 years, and the father of her son Yan, who is 12 years old.
